Skweel and pack abils

So the exceptional pack rule states that the unit gets one of the 3 mutations and packmasters/master moulders or skweel are not affected. if a warlord say on a bonebreaker joined a unit of rat ogres with skweel inside of it would he get the benefits? Nothing says otherwise in skweels rules.

As sqweel is placed with the unit when the unit is deployed and that is when the chart is rolled on I would say no because the character wouldnt be in the unit when the effect is placed on it.

Yep, it just effects the pack at deployment, so any characters deployed in there later or joining during the game wouldn't get it.
