Totally rad

@ The Inspector: Thank you for the Stunty Shredder link good Sir! I've been hunting for rules recently and they've been consistently hidden from me. Oh, and I got the same picture from the The Labyrinth in my mind... that, and the scene with the tunneling machine in total recall. |

Not a problem. Regrettably, I think the "Mad Inventions!" page got lost in the aether with the website update early last year. As an aside, it is interesting that the two skaven inventions that were a part of that feature are arguably very similar to two devises in the new book; stunty shredder/doomflayer and the warpstone launcher/plague catapult. Who knows, if the inventions in that old article are anything to go by, maybe with the new Dwarf book the Dawi could get an engineer mech and a remote-controlled nuke?!

“Stop! You in there; your money or your life!” “Sir, you perhaps leave me with fewer options than you realise” A free tip for all professional and aspiring highwaymen: do not attempt to hold up a Vampire’s Black Coach. | |

How about an old clanrat dual-wielding chainswords? If you strap on one of those chaos marine backpacks that has those long protrusions, you can drill in a bit of guitar string (the kind that is wound to look exactly like any kind of ribbed industrial tubing in model-scale) and attach that to the butt-end of each sword. Instant warpstone driven döömflaying goodness. |

Does anyone remember the, I think Chaos Dwarf, machines from about 20 years ago? Like wheelbarrows with nasty-death implements on the front. |

Yes i do actually. They were 3rd edition war machines pushed by chaos dwarf centaurs that had 2 versions. First was the Whirlwind version which had all kinds of spinning blades attached to a central drum that rotated from the machine being pushed. Second version was the Tenderiser which had the central rotating drum but had mallets, hammers, and maces swinging from it. Tried to link photos from solegends but site seems to be down. GW shut that down too? |

I went with the Deathroller conversion. I had the original deathroller (it's smaller than the other two) and a spare original doomwheel driver upper torso. Add som plastic legs, and here's what you get: http://underempire.net/index.php?showtopic...dpost&p=2952518 |

I'm planning on using the Dwarf Goblin Hewer and converting it slighty. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/...dId=prod1130304 Its still availible in the Dwarf collectors list on the GW website. |
