On a roll of +x you generate an extra power die using the condenser, does this go to the communal pool of power dice generated or to the individual mage's pool?

Seeing as it's personal kit I would say it's only for the Seer or Engineer equipped with it. Also note it doesn't say it allows the character to go above their maximum dice limit like it does with the Warpstone Tokens.

Unless I'm wrong and it does go into the pool, that would certainly be a lot more useful!

Does not say anything about allowing more dice when casting as would a Warpstone Token.

I'm going to guess that it goes into the caster's dice, not the shared pool as it says "a <caster> with the Warp Energy Condenser ... can generate an extra die."

Shennanigans are out of the question!
Still, its a great item. 33% chance that you get to cast a solid second spell that turn.
