So how do most people do this? Me and a mate want to try it out but don;t know what apps are around for this and googling just finds warhammer mmo stuff. |

me and a few of my friends do this using these methods(no offense bladder i just want to get all options out there). it's actually not that much more effort than a regular game. we use these instructions http://asrai.org/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=12201 i very much recommend it as it lets you play games with people you don't see much and or don't have much time, because you can play a game over the course of a day, a week or a month across any distance. i still prefer playing with real models, but i definitely play more online, the only disadvantage is that a lot of guessing it taken out. |

Honestly, I like bladers battle chronicler more, its very easy to manipulate, and has templates for fire balls and everything! plus downloadable terrain |

I think the Vassal engine has a problem with ranked up units, but works for skirmish games. -Killfang |
