Well last night was interesting!
I had to wake up to take my tablets at 1am and 7am. At the 1am one, the red tracking had gone a little bit further up my leg, but was less red. Bit worrying and had to seriously think about going to A&E. :o
I thought i'd leave it till the morning and see how it was at 7am, as I did not want to get all the way to the hospital and wait 5hrs for them just to tell me to go home till it got worse.
At 7am the redness was the same as at 1am, but the tracking seemed to have receeded a little. So i'm hopefull that the antibiotics are kicking in.....

My foot looks soooooo wrong though. Seriously, this must be how plague monks feet look and feel. Still quite painfull, but i'll live and keep taking the antibiotics.

Right enough gross stuff.
I did 7hrs yesterday, and my restart time now is 12 noon (UK time)

Going to do LOADS of assembling. :)

All finished!

Prince has arms, and whatnot. Just waiting for some paint to dry so I can stick some static grass onto him. :D

So in total I did maybe, 7 hours.

Calling a stop to it now as I need to go to the shops and maybe the doctors.

Just read this and about to join 10:15
I will try and assemble more plague monk & empire stuff to add to last Saturdays challenge, bit of a late start but I'm on holiday, daughter is working 10-14 tomoz, wife is out cleaning 10-12, I have to look after Kai, go shoping, visit tip & chase council re daughters housing but I may get some time to myself!?
Currently joint first in PRS points, may as well blow my trumpet whilst I've got one.

Joining at 4:30pm Central Mountain Time. I'll be sculpting a commission work for a friend's Dark Angels successor (slightly based off This GD Models), and painting up some ork nobs.

Kind of got side-tracked while making my nobs and ended up finishing my Big Mek from last challenge.

OK I managed about 6Hrs for 1PRS and finished assembling the following:
Volley-gun crew, arms not attached so easier to paint but all elemnets have been cleaned which took quite some time but not as bad as plaguemonks. 3vvp
Posted Image
4 Plaguemonk with extra handweapons these took over 20mins each! 4vvp
Posted Image
2 Pyromanirats, shield arms not attached (These will be a fire-using clanrat unit for my Skryre army). 2vvp
Posted Image
7 Handgunners, completing the unit of 10 I started assembling in Saturdays challenge. 7vvp
Posted Image
Empire mounted general in process of being converted into Kurt Helborg; couldn't see even me making much use of the clockwork cherub so cut the wings off for Kurt's helmet & it's skull head off for his horses head-piece. 2vvp

So 18vvp for 1PRS in 6Hrs for 1PRS = 2PRS.
These plague monks were much worse than the ones I did Saturday. I do hope whoever has designed our new figures has thought about where the mold-lines fall as much as teh empire figures designers, they've done a really good job putting them on natural armour and clothing seems which makes the job of removing them so much easier.

I got about 5 1/2 hours down and 8 vvps finshed, just under what I'd need for PRS points on both, but some good stuff.
