Since ive had multiple people asking me about how to create my style of Slave rebellion list i will put it here, Creating the slave rebellion list is not really what you would call effective (or cheap as it requires ALOT of numbers) unless you know exactly what goes where it takes alot of practice It is similar to my alterations into making a Non-sad skryre list Clanrats- Will allways be the mainstay but this time they are the slaves who found "better armor" and should be less numerous than the lesser armored slaves (this is done by making slave units higher in numbers e.g. making slaves 30-35 strong) Slaves- There should allways be as many slave units as possible and dont be afraid to give them the odd bits of equipment this is a rebellion so the slaves wil use whatever raided equipment they find Night runners- These are more along the lines of your skirmishing slaves again dont be afraid to give them equipment or have alot of them StormVermin- These should only be used if your leader is a warlord and count it as its bodyguard unit, otherwise leave them at home other cores- Instead of core you should treat these as your special choice's Special- If your just a Warlord clan rebellion then you should treat all specials as rare options, But if your rebellion is rebeling against a greater clan then treat its specific as a special choice as they would be easier to get your hands on (equipment training ect) another possible exception is plague monks but treat them more as plague slaves than their pestilent selves or you could get your opponents permission to make them pusbags from the lustria list instead, Rare- Unless you are a specific clan rebellion i would avoid taking these until higher point because their rare normally how much harder will it be for a rebellion to get their hands on this sort of gear Heroes: Again following the specific clan lineup to use the clan heroes otherwise stick to chieftains (allough you can proxy Warlock Engineers as apprentice seers who have fallen from grace is you really need magic Lord: You should allways choose the warlord as a grey seer would not be with a rebellion (unless he was the one who orchestrated it in the first place) Remember this list is not made for effectiveness it is made for theme but using it properly it can be a effective force taking down your enemy with sheer numbers that even the generic warlord list would struggle to handle |

Man that would be an awesome list to see! I'd salute anyone who could field something like this and have it all painted as well .Having such huge numbers might even work in a game as well! It's also good that slaves still have their expendable special rule which would reduce the ammount of panic tests dramatically. I'd also try to get a bsb somewhere in a list like that though. When half your army consists of Ld2 troops you want to be able to re-roll your break tests .@BV: How about making us a sample list for it? Demonstrate the epitome of slave rebellion-ness! |

Sure ill make a quick sample list This is a 2000pt skryre rebellion, Lord: Warlord: HA-S Warplock pistol -124 Heroes: Cheiftain: BSB HA - 74 Warlock engineer: Warplock pistol, Warp Blades, condenser 2x Dispel scrolls - 130 328 Core: 3x 25 Clanrats FC - 450 2x 20 Clanrats Spears FC - 290 Ratling gun 60 Warp fire thrower 75 875 3x 30 Slaves shields Musician - 282 2x 25 Slaves Slings Musician - 108 390 3x5 Night runners TS - 105 2x5 Night runners AHW 70 175 1x3 PWG 30 1x4 PWG 40 2x4 Jezzails 160 Points: 1998 Models: 300 Hope that gives you some ideas ![]() |
