Okay, have fun doing what you do, oh so well.

Back to retirement!

Well, Im not heaps experienced with the BC, but Ill have a shot at some comments...

Firstly, only 1 unit of Monks can take a Magic Banner, so you have to drop 2 banners from the units. Use the points to increase unit sizes. 20 is decent, but after a few shooting casualties they wont be as effective...

Drop the Plague Rats, they are just too expensive. Now in 7th ed, Swarms crumble the same way as Undead too, so they just arent worth the points anymore...

I think your points on the first Priest are a bit off... You have him down as being 114 points for just him and a flail...

Depending on how strict your game group is, Id suggest dropping Nurglitch. I know he is 'compulsory', but most gaming groups wont mind if you ignore that rule, as it is a bit unbalanced and really limits how inventive you can be with the army (since he costs so many points...)

Overall the list isnt too bad though, but it does look rather small, so I definately suggest bulking out the current units and adding a few more in...

The list could use more big units, most opponents facing this list would have an easy time getting into your flank. Getting rid of those plague rats will get you 1/8 of your army points back.

Use more of the list! The lustria list has so many useful and fun new units that dont look overly good on paper but will play better than you expect. Like frenzied giant rats or rat ogres and slaves with a combat aura.

If you loose a single plague monk in any of those units of 20 you go from 3 ranks to 2 for combat res and that'll hurt alot (which is all this army is really designed to do is win combats). Your opponent will probably spend the first 2 rounds of shooting taking out monks since it is the only hardy CR unit you have. Any strong or well armored unit that hits them will turn your battleline on its side.

Drop the rat swarms and expand your plague monk units (around 25 models). I would also consider dropping the giant, another unit of plague monks would probably be more beneficial.
