Hi Im looking at making a Skaven Team as our Club has just started a league Does anyone have any advice on whats better Clanrat or Night runner Sprues for making a team I was thinking nightrunners as they have alot of different options etc you could use to convert from but then again clanrats seem more armoured which seems like a sensible thing to be when your getting crushed in a game of football Whats a better option??? opulis |

Well my first suggestion would be to simply buy the Skaven team box set. However I understand that having a home made team looks great. Therefore I think that a mixture of the clanrat and night runner sprues would be best, albeit more expensive. I would use the legs of the nightrunners, who are in more agile poses, and use the clanrat bodies, for the reason you stated about the armour. James |

I dont really want to buy the blood bowl box as its quite expensive + the shipping and i think the skaven sprues could make a better looking team. Maybe i could go with the night runners and model some extra armour onto them |

I built my Eshin team out of Night Runner models, myself, using magnetic arms so that I can use them for WFB night runners or a BB team.

@opulis: Well, if you think the BB Skaven team box is too expensive, why asked in the first place? @Shikkish: Magnetic arms? :o... Now that is something that makes me quite eager to see pictures from. Greetz |

I'd go with night runners as well. Not only are the legs more appropriate for bloodbowl, but the arms are in different positions, so you'll be able to do things like using the open hand for a linerat diving to catch the ball, etc.. |

I've done some cool ones with the Night Runners myself, like a GR backpedaling to make a deep catch. They look good.

results of the first league match for me on Fumbbl was 6-0 over high elves. Too bad they don't have the Speed of Asur in Blood Bowl, eh?
