Click [go to skaven, then specials, then jezzails]
Click [Vermis' Eshin jezzails]
Click [Vaskrit's jezzails]

As you can see, this is a common thing...

What seems to happen every time is the combo of a clanrat or nightrunner box, and kroot rifles [from 40k, part of the 'Tau Empire' army]

i found a cheap way to make Jezzails.
You need:
Command Sprue from Clanrats or Night Goblin, Goblin, Vampire Counts Skelleton box.
Alluminium Foil or lots of greenstuff
Skaven Head
Cavalery Base.
Modeling grass for trains (a none fine one, think of small-leaves. Should look like double the size of flock)
A sharp X-acto knife
Spare Shield arm

clip of the long part of the standard pole on the skaven standard bearer (i used this, but you could use a spear if you doesnt have any standard bearers left) and attach the "bone" with the rings on with the "bone" part clipped off. >!BEFORE YOU ATTACH THE BARREL READ THIS STEP!< Use a X-acto knife to "drill" (or carve) out a hole in one end (obviusly the one pointing forward, you doesnt want to get a missfire first turn you use this, right?)

with this done, its time to attach the other parts. No rat without a rat! Use the foil to make a cover. I would prefer to use clay or green stuff body under the foil. This "skelleton" however, should not be visible after the foil is attached!
Then add the head and the shield/open-hand nightrunner arm on its place.
Let dry

Half way, now we got a rat covered in foil, but its not very smart to try to hide under something shiny. Lets get this cammo cammoflaged! Use Super glue (NOT PLASTIC OR PVA GLUE!) over the whole cover and add the Train Flock.

Now your done! One hidden rat with a oversized gun to shoot those man-things with!
