Okay. This is my first post on these forums. Let me just say that I am a friend of Rat Sabbath, and we made this character together. But, he posted it on an existing thread and got it deleted. Bah. So, i'll try to remember the statistics and repost! Scabsnik Sniperat 1 Hero choice and 1 Rare choice 195 Points
Rules: Scout, Headshot, Cannot be general. Equipment: Light armor, Hand weapon, Scabsnik's Boomstick Rules: Scout: He also has the option to join a jezzail squad. Headshot: Sniperat's the perfect marksman. He has a high chance of blasting a man-thing's head off. If you roll a 6 to hit, the model is automatically wounded. Only affects man-sized models. Equipment: Scabsnik's Boomstick: An absolutely master-piece of engineering. A double-barelled jezzail with an odd scope perching on it, shooting out a ray of noxious green light that allows Scabsnik to estimate the distance between himself and his target. Scabsnik's Boomstick counts as a normal jezzail, except for the fact that he can shoot twice in a single turn and long range modifiers do not affect him. He does not use a pavise. |

I believe that this is a fairly even character with all his aspects. You don't gie him some ungodly power to hit every single shot he takes but he is still a good aim. He has no pavise (bad) but to make up for it he has no long range modifiers (good), and of corse giving his gun te slight chance to backfire is a good idea (everything that Clan Skryre can explode). Good I like him.

one thing, his leadership is way to high for skaven. I suggest bringing it to 5, MAYBE 6, but definatly not seven. And lower his point cost to around 175, hes not THAT good ![]() squeeks |

When we first thought it up, it was actually incredibly powerful for a 215pt thing. It had a ranged version of Killing Blow instead of Headshot, it had Camo Armor that gave it +5 cover save, the scope meant it could single out certain models in a regiment instead of having no long range mdofiers. It was all pretty damn powerful. So, probably to the dislike of Rat Sabbath, I nerfed it quite a bit. Editted it to be 215 Points and have 5 Leadership. |

Oh my holy chees O.o I love Jezzails and to see a jezzail character here just want you to go check with your gaming group if its okay to have him in the army then run the work-desk Cant say anything other than that i love this one. Its very balanced and has a good point value. I think iŽll use this in my next game, just for testing =D still, you should like the other said, make a missfire chart. Or it wont be skryre, i like to play my army when they go BOM nice work

nicely balanced, but i don't think he's worth his points. Right now his weapon is pretty much a regular jezzail, only double-barrelled and with a laser scope, so no wacky misfires are needed. if you want to go for the skryre crazylethal yet suicidal way, then you could give him a gizmo or something, exploding bullets that deal D3 wounds (he gets the D3 wounds if the jezzail misfires), or a higher weapon strength with a higher rate of misfire. |

is it just me that has realised he must either be really really lazy or have no legs, theres no move on his stats!!! as for the character i can see where vorg is coming from i think you should add one more "medium" strength rule to even out the point cost. Underlord Burrows |
