Maybe an engineer, a ratling, and ten Jezzails. Maybe two ratlings... adding a WLC to THIS mix will be insta-SAD (imo).

That's just me, though.

Actually the twin Warlock Engineers are pretty standard for most any skaven[as I've heard], just anything more than two would be overkill for sure.

Also, if you use Warpfire Throwers and Ratling Guns equally would also lower the cries of SAD I believe. It shows you're willing to use more and the such.

10 Jezzails sounds about right. Too little and they become worthless and to many and you become Cheese. 10 is a nice round number though, no?

Warplightning Canons should be used at your own discretion. People either hate 'em or love 'em, but they almost always scare the opposition[from what I've heard  ]

Just knowledge I've collected and have learned from friends after discussions and the such. Hope it helps.

Good point phinky. Two engineers it is. I concur. ^_^

And just a question: how many points are we talking here?

Back to retirement!

Drop the tenebrous cloak and take a dispel scroll! Besides that it looks good. Maybe a little small for a skaven army, but still well rounded: I wouldnt cry cheese if I faced this :)

The best thing here I reckon is that your playing with skryre because you like the weapon teams, rather than trying to wipe the floor with your oponents army... well done :)

Lastly, try to add another unit of slaves because they rock, and dont rely on Bands of Power from your warlord working, since you have little other magic ( i reckon they will have enough dice to dispel BoP) and try to give him something more reliable...

Good luck, fellow skaven!

If you use the bands of power, just make sure you save them until the magic phase right before they will be used, then use them after all the other spells.... sap the dispell dice pool first, then invoke them. The S10 warlord probably won't do as much damage as warp lightning anyway, but the psychological effect is great!

The use of two WFT's and a RG rather than three RG's takes this list away from SAD status nicely. And Sammy's right. Slaves are wonderful. Especially with Skryre... charge with slaves and shoot into the combat. It's a beautiful thing (sniff.)

EDIT: not S10... that's Fellblade. S8. Sorry.
So old. So so old.
