Giantrat : Well i can't stand small games so under 2K is no good (All my friends hate little kiddie games also, we like to make a day of gaming usually). I think small games should use skirmish rules.

Garbag : Well it's his first army (As this is mine in fantasy) so we both want all the toys. I will slap him though anyways.

I think i will go with a Standard skaven army with 2x20 Plague Monks (As this is what i have currently). Add a pair of Plague Priests and i guess it's got quite a pestilenz theme.

Kinda sucks as i loved the idea of Frenzied Rat Ogres!

Out of curiosity, Does anyone use the Bubonic Court list as there main list (For tournies and stuff) and how does it fare ?

sorry can you define little kids games? if you mean games of under 2000pts i must strongly disagree as smaller games can be much more tactical and fun, still its just my opnion ^_^ . id recomend you give it a go at 1500pts as without lords it makes the game that more challenging, plus it's the points value most players play at, try it and see.

if you really didnt want to play a bubonic court force why not collect a warlord clan oif your own making, that way you can include most things pestilens (apart from frenzied chanters) while alos being able to hire some skyre such as warlocks- best of both worlds plus its unique as a force.

Farsight : Sorry, bad wording, didn't mean to offend. It's just in my area, since 3rd Edition 40K there has been a huge tidal wave of little kids everywhere with badly painted, 500-1000 point armies. So we (My small gaming group) just kinda called anything under 2K a kiddie game, as around here thats what it was.
