How about Arabic, has a nice flowing style to it.

But for a serious answer:

No, the Skaven language doesn't exist as such. In the warhammer world background, they do have their own language, Queekish, but nobody ever made up the whole language. There are no word lists, there is no grammar, etc.

So, I fear any attempt to learn the language would be doomed.
"I have a post-Armageddon vision. We and all other large animals are gone. Rodents emerge as the ultimate post-human scavengers. They gnaw their way through New York, London and Tokyo... within 5 million years, a whole range of new species replace the ones we know. Herds of giant grazing rats are stalked by sabre-toothed predatory rats. Given enough time, will a species of intelligent, cultivated rats emerge?"

I had a Skaven font someone had done on my old machine years ago. I don't know where to get it now. To be honest, I haven't looked for it. Skaven symbols were in places of latin letters. It wasn't anything official iirc but was cool to have.

*flashback* Yeah I had the font since I had something written in it in my screensaver for long time.

[Mutate:] Archive Pestilen Has a link to the Skaven font. Click Archive Skaven and find it from the menu that appears to the left. There site contains lots of interesting material.

I had to look it up... I'm like that it starts to gnaw my brain and I have to try if I can find it.

There was one posted a while back, but it was half German and I can't remember the URL.

I did, however, take down the Skaven alphabet that was on that site, but the notebook that I did that in is somewhere down in the storeroom at the moment. So, a couple of things off hand:

A cross, basically an X, but longer horizontally than vertically, is allegedly pronounced 'queek', and means 'mine!', and is marked on various items the owner wants to proclaim is there, and is scent marked. Alphabetically it is the letter for Q.

Vowels are not a regular part of the Skaven alphabet. Instead, the vowel symbols are put above or below (i.e. as a subscript) the letter (word?) they are supposed to modify, depending on the individual scribe.

That's all I can remember for the moment. I might go around and look for that notebook, but I make no promises.

I just remembered that // meant a double word. Like kill// is kill-kill.
And on the site, it said that the language is rarely used because they prefer speaking directly.
Oh yeah, and for the same reason: no ponctuation.
