Quiet, I'm plotting.

I'm inclined to go with autodestroyed, simply because this isn't a charge in the conventional sense, which the auto flee is obviously supposed to be for.

my view atm is as follows:

if the wlc is under some influence (spells) that doensīt allow it to flee, then it woud be destroyed. (pretty certain about that)

if the wlc can flee as normal (behaving like a fleeing model, which you are not allowed to target), then targeting it would be illegal. (not really sure about that one)

a mail has been sent, let the trolls sort it out. and hopefully itīll appear in a faq, or we will never know for sure. *shudders*

When the WLC somehow does get involved in close combat (by magical means, like the Eshin skitterleap), the WLC is auto-destroyed. (see the chronicles  from 2004, page 117)

It's already in the Chronicles.

the semi-official answer i got from gw-germany (uk- and us-gw donīt answer rules-mails anymore, the *******):

the assassin is moved into base contact with the wlc, which then flees away.

Is the wlc reaction decision the same for skitterleap as well as for tunnelling teams? or the Tomb Kings "it came from below"?
