I thought that i would invent a new skaven charcter for the heck of it just to see what you thought.
Paladin Drah'an and his Revered Rat Ogre
Drah'an

Rat Ogre

The rat Ogre has nothing
Drah'an hides his Rat Ogre
I'll give uses the special rules tomorrow.

Hmmm... Your character puzzles me some bit. On the one hand, you have something which looks like a "boosted" engineer (higher toughness), a weapon from clan Pestilence, armour that is RARELY used by anyone... Concluding: it looks like it's really a bit of everything, stacked together in one character. In my book, usually not a succesfull formula.

So, what way do you wish to go with this creature? Make it a warlord, engineer, which clan, what kind of history?

I'm going to have to second with Vinsh. Perhaps if we got a bit more feed back on the character, we'd be able to help. Have you decided any kidn of a history for him? It'll help us to offer rules to make him more defined.

Well he is more of a Clan Pestilen plauge priest just with a little difference to some of the stats. Seeing as he is on the back of a RO. Of course I wanted him to be a little different from most models so I gave him the Blade of Nurglith to stand out a little bit.

Ok, you did not post that he actually rid the Rat Ogre in the first post.
Also, to make the character stand out, create a new weapon and armour for him. It isn't all that hard, and it makes him stand out a whole lot more.

I third Vinsh and second phink, he just seems like a bunch of stuff jumbled together. Some history would be nice.

Dude, if I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with an exact copy of myself I wouldn't kill him. That'd be so wierd i'd just be like "yo dude... got any pot?"

Drah'an comes from Skavenblight but decided to join (more he was forced) the forces of Clan Pestien after his experiment on sveral of his brothers (one being the very rat who made him). He used them to test if a venom he got from a weird little creature he found on the ground one day. The great Lord Skrolk found out about this skaven abomination from the Moulders of Hell Pit. He then went to take this pethetic excuse for a rat away to seer what his venom could do. Drah'an wtarted out as a simple clanrat but rose through the ranks quickly not because of his strength but because of his love to watch things squirm after they have been infected by some sort of disease. This gave him a huge atvange over all the other rats. He was also favoured by Lord Skrolk and for this he was always placed in the rear ranks.

Sorry guys I'll have to write some more on him tomorrow.

I am not all that great with rules, but I have one comment: the title 'Paladin' really isn't fitting for a Skaven.

The favoured bit about him is the fact that he likes to kill things with the new diseases that Lord Skorlk creates and is always a strong inforcer of the rules of Clan Pestilen. Not only does he stay in the rear ranks but he even uses the plauges on the rats in his units so very often when he comes back from a battle he is the only one. This ruthlessness is what got him favoured.

Well, Paladins are usually associated as religious warriors. No this guy is sort of like a Paladin of the Horned Rat. I think people are too used to the D&D paladin.
