Actually S'nkeep, I just did a currency conversion for the pricing. 10 pounds is roughly 21$ canadian, so in fact, I'm saving a buck. *snicker* |

WE are pretty used to this s'nkeep... It's the time it takes to get the mold in the US... To the point that last year, it was actually cheaper to order some bits for the US than from GW Canada... As for when this figure is gonna get 'officially released' in Canada, it might take a few month then the price is gonna drop... This is what happened with the ogre-ninja and the female manhunter... |

Well, although Canadian Prices are ridicule, I don't pay a cent when it comes to mail-ordering. Plus, the Prices for Warhammer Heroes is insane. It's just kinda stupid. Damn GW and their prices on Canadians. Meh, atleast I don't live in Australlia. I hear they get ripped off even more! |

in defence its probally not their fault completely... ever heard of tariffs? im not sure how much "tax" is included from goods from england to canada either... if demand isnt up there for an item is it better to be able to have them import from england or force you to get it via england yourself? tho im tempted to ask my dad next time he travels to load up his suitcase for me with skaven ... i mean there big box i think is what 90 bucks when converted to dollars... saving me 25 bucks per... and im think i could use at least 3 more :D... tho it probally just easier to goto say warstore and get 20% off gw stock via their mail order... |

Yes, yes, prices in Australia can get worse sometimes :(... a clanrat box in a GW store is about, after conversion, 41 USD or 23 pounds. Cause of this I don't know: import taxes? Difference in manufacturing costs? Domestic prices of raw material? Labor costs? Whether they've got factories in each country or they're shipping them all from UK, prices will never be identical. |

The manager at my local store said that they'll get the new warlords once the old ones sell out. This doesn't mean they aren't selling the old ones though. |
