So I was thinking... there is no nice verminlord model anymore, altough the fluff apeals very much to me. So I was thinking about a conversion, a Yeti body(the weapons could be painted to resemble warpstone), a ratogre head, horns from the plastic dragon head, and sculpting a tail.
But I somehow worry it won't come out good.
So, enter the thinktank, but don't close the hatch, or we won't be able to breathe :o

I think the Yheti model is a bit too upright for Skaven, it needs to be more hunched over, but I can't think of an alternative.

As for nominations: Frankie, of course, because I love to vote for him and watch him fail

I guess I won't mention my idea of taking a verman lord and roughly cutting him in half. Next create an oval of clear resin with a ripple type effect on it. Paint the center of the oval sort of like a vortex of blue, black, and lightning, slowly fading it out allowing it to go clear. Finally, attach the half vermanlord to one side.
The effect would, hopefully, look like he's stepping though a warp rift into the real world... maybe throw a gray seer in front of all that, center the warp on a pentagram that was kinda "burnt" into the ground, etc. Maybe for added effect, replace parts of the gray seer with skeleton bits as the presence of vermanlord began to shread the skin from his bones.
I guess that would sorta be like the Horned Rat's arrival, but I won't mention it! =p

...but alas, will be ages before I get around to something like that. Need to watch where I spend my limited money. =(
