Plaguemonks are not very tough...
I paint the underlaiers first:
robe: catachan grean.
Weapons/other metal area's: tinblitz.
Flesh: tanned flesh
base: scorched brown.

Then I drybrush the fur bestial brown.

lair two:
robes: Catachan green mixed with rotten flesh, at a 2:1 ratio. paint only the higher area's.
weapons: drybrushed with boltgun metal. The things they hold become brass, justlike any other metal area.
Flesh: Higlite it (not subtle) with dwarf flesh. Then paint the boils scab red, with a small area of scab red/bloodred around it/them.

Lair three:
Robe: add morw catachan green to the mix, and highlite only the highest points. Paint then the robes holding the clothing together bestial brown.
Weapons: brown ink wash, but keep the overall apearence metal.
Paint the teeth and nails bleached bone, and put a small b-bone dot in some poxes(but not all)
Base: (easy way) add small patches of grass.
(hard way)glue sand on it, wait for it to dry, drybrush with scorched brown, wait for it to dry, drybrush with scorchedbrown/rotten flesh(1:1) and add small patches of grass and reed.

Hope that helped ^_^
