For some reason I have never been able to post on the GW sites, even after making a new account so I was wondering if I could post one here and then have someone else copy onto the GW site for me. Thankyou. STRANGE BEHAVIOR... (thats the title )From the journal of Lord Belk'kann, Tzeentch champion: Those medelsome rats! My shrine to the Bringer of Change was almost done but they had to come and ruin it all though I do have to admit; if they didn't show up I wouldn't be writing this right now. We had gathered a large amount of Warpstone and had set up the nessesary arrangments to have the slaves feel the glory that is change when a contingent of Humans Dwarves and Lizardmen were suddenly upon us! The Chaos Dwarves and those disgusting Nurglings that we were working with was able to give us enough warning to set up a defensive parimiter around the shrine. They came at us hard but were were able to hold them off with our fire power. But soon it was apparent that those imcompitant Chaos Dwarves couldn't take them down and were soon tied up in combat. Though My horrors were doing little better, bearly singing the Lizardmen with their magic. The Nurglings were in a world of there own, apparently just standing there watching the slow massicare going on all around. I decided somthing had to be done and charged in on my steeds, but when chasing them down I inadvertantly moved far to the eastern end of the battlefield. Then out of the corner of my eye i saw him. It was a Plague Priest, that much was cirtain, but with the rising sun behind him I was unable to see who it was. Then two hords of Plague monks came charging from behind him and on to the battlefield. I raised my sword but they ran right past me. As they did I was able to get a look at there banner; They were the mighty Zelots of Decay, led my Father Squee. I have heard of these Skaven before, appearing without warning, attacking the defender with a fanatical rage and the quickly moving on to other battles. I was beginning to think that we may have a chance afterall. They quickly ran into combat with the enemy, one horde ened up getting tied up with a unit of Dwarves though and the other stupidly charged even though they were just outside of range of the Lizardmen. The Lizardmen attacked the Rats and they ended up loosing there champion, this seemed to knock the frenzied behaviour out of them but surprizingly they held. They then counter attacked but killed only one of there troopes, but those pathetic Lizards actually ran! They ran faster than I had ever seen a troop run, amazingly though the Plague Monks were able to catch up the them at the last moment and whipe them out! It was the begginning of the end for the Defenders. Though that unit of Plague Monks had lost there Champion and the Frenzied attacks, they now cauzed an amazing fear to run through the battlefield. They turned themselfves on a Unit of Dwarves that because of there stubby "legs" have yet to attack anything. The Rats charged and those brainless Dwarves were taken before they could finnish milling about; the entire front rank was completly destroyed in a flurry of rusty blades and clubs. They tried to run but didn't make it two steps before they were taken. The Skaven ran so fast and hard that they slammed into the side of a unit of Lizardmen and scattered them to the four winds. At this point one would thing they would have gotten tired but they just kept on running, right behind the remaining Human and Dwarf units. There other unit was still tied up with the other Dwarves that they charged, niether giving an inch of ground. The Chaos Dwarves and the other Dwarves along with the Humans and the Nurglings (who had finaly decided to join the fight) were locked in a stalemate, but that was about to change. That Plague Monks Hit the back of the unsespecting humans, who thought that they were still on the other side of the battlefield. The entire back half of their unit was pulverized. They ran weak humans ran ofcourse, though i have to admit that if I ever faced a force like that, the thought of running might cross my mind as well. The Plague Monk had appenantly ran out of energy, not being able to catch the Humans, but the Nurgling having plenty of energy from lack of fighting caught up to the Humans, claming the kill as their own. All that was left was two dwindling units of Dwarves, and after witnessing the power of the Rat-Men, they turnned tale and ran off the field. Victory was mine, or so I thought. I suddenly heard a sound beside me, I turned and saw Father Squee. "Well fought my furried allie! We would have been hard pressed to win if it wasn't for that unit of Plague Monks." With that though he swong his massive censer and smashed the entire right side of my horse. My dead horse fell on me and I was unable to get up "We-we didn't come here for you Man-Thing, we came here-here for that." He said as he pointed at the shrine. With that his Plague Monks then proceeded to desimate the remaining troops on the field. They then grabbed all the Warpstone from the shrine. "Project Supremecy will come to pass and then we shalL inharit!" With that they marched off the field, leaving me to my ends under my horse. -By Father Squee |

Has anyone posted it up for you yet? If not, I could, but what do you want me to say? "Posted on behalf of FatherSquee" or something like that? Let me know, and I'll post it (providing it hasn't already been done, that is). |
