Note to mods: An idea would be specialised threads for Army lists in each Clan forum. If this would not work feel free to send an Assassin after me. I can add it to my fluff.

Also: Just seen the Deathmaster Sniktch Rules in WD! Incredible!!! So, you want to shoot me with your Handgunners, do you? Hmm...you must be within 6" or so because it's night, then roll a 5+, then hit at -1 to your rolls, then wound him, and then he has a 4+ Ward!
The Skaven language is the only one to include 32 words for "friendly fire" and none for "reliability"

your list seems pretty light on core troops, what percentage of core is it? I'm guessing around 25%, so it's not particularly balanced. I'd probably split the units up into 10s - give more manouverability.
Rat swarms are good - always useful for tying up harcore units of knights and so forth.
For the master assassin have you considered the weeping blade? makes him S9 (S8 with BOP +1 for weeping blade) also does d3 wounds, handy large multiwound things and characters.
maybe give the warstone stars to the assassin. I'd also make the tunneling team 4 strong with 2HW and no champ - there going to pop up to attack lone mages and artillery, which they should do without the champ. The add 2 more GR to the unit of 10 and make 2 units of 6 (more flexible uses and still generate combat res for flank/rear charges).
Finally PWG - how have these gone for you, I've wondered about the benifit of these, out of 6 you'll be hitting on 4+ (so that's 3 that hit) wounding on 4+ (so 1.5 - 2 wounds).
I would suggest either taking them in a unit of 10 (5 hits, 2.5-3 wounds) or dropping them and taking another unit of naked (equipment wise) nightrunners.

these are just my 2 cents so feel free to disregard.
hope it helps :P

I'd split up the core choices, and get rid of the unit champions. Then you have more of them, for with Skaven, even with Eshin, numbers are what count most.

Don't expect to get the BoP off a lot, with only one lvl 2 sorcerer and one Bound Spell at powe level 4 the enemy is bound to dispell it most of the time.

You may want to give the Assassin some nice items, just think how you're going to kill that Chaos Champion on his barded Chaos Steed with his 1+ armour save...

Decrease the number of Tunnelers, there's a good topic about here in this forum; there you can read that more than 5 is pushing your luck.

That's it, otherwise it looks like a fine list.

10 is optimal for all NR/GR units. it gives them way more flexebility and if they run well you dont lose so many points at once.
