I'm assuming the lizardmen army owns you in the Magic phase? I have problems with that against a local LM player, extremely potent and pestering. |

clear out a skink flank with gutter runners, send a chieftan or assassin running up with his brass orb ready. or try for a lucky skitterleap on a 13. just watch out for skinks (hence the gutter runners) and salamanders. it may help to surround him with a small night runner unit to soak up kills. last game i played against a 2nd generation slaan... a lucky 13 to skitterleap, one brass orb later and his slaan was gone. plus i has an assassin running around behind the scene, |

Man if u ask me VC is hard but bretonnia are the hardest , sure u got a lot of shooting to kill thise 2+ AS knights but still , in the 2nd turn they all charge ur ass back to where u came from , and i never had problems with LM , ive played a couple of 30 battles against my friend and havent lost once |
| Stick 'em wiv arrers. Stick 'em wiv knives, and spears. Stick 'em where it 'urts. But most of all, stick 'em when they's looking the other way | |

me neither, LM are not that tough i think.. just take enough dispelscrolls and shoot the templeguards... skinks are the worst deal in game, my opinion...my swarms alwas win against them... |

skinks suck.... take loads of dispell scrolls, dont even bother with bound items, and hope for a lucky 13 when casting plague and skitterleap. gutter runners and swarms take skinks no problem (night runners with 2x hand weapons to a nice job as well). mob the saurus. plague rat swarm the stegadon. brass orb the slaan. DONT take rat ogres vs. kroxigors. THEY WILL LOSE. higher ws and higer strength, plus they have a save and you dont. |

Most players make the 1 big mistake when they vs lizardmen , their magic is good and stonger but dont act like u never get a spell trough , play smart and u will.... i never cut down on magic when vsing lizzies and never been beaten by em |

as hard as it sounds, NEVER engage saurus blocks in the front. I know this sounds dumb and obvious but, even throwing in a unit of slaves in the front for the +1 outnunmbering ISN'T worth it when your enemy gets +5(or more) for killing the slaves. Try throwing them out of sinc or collapsing their flanks. Skinks=evil!!! Went right thru my night runner screen and spent the rest of the game filling my PM's with poison. flying skink of terror-watch out for! If you see a Skink chief in a scouting skink unit he probably has that cloak of flyingness=bye bye chars, weapons teams. |

thats what i found! though i didn't have a problem with his skinks only his saurus. also we just got a new guy that has been playing brettonian calvery and it been pissing me off! Being plague monk I need to get that first attack in, not to mention that unbalivable armor save they have. and why the hell does the horse get to attack! what does it do? crap on you?? |
