This might be strange, but i somewhat felt it I was stressed one day, as i just reached back my place like 5 PM in the evening after lectures. Then, i decided to play some games like Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice, and Unsolved Crime, which we know that all of them are puzzle games which needs concentration of thinking Inspite of my stressed state, i managed to complete some part of each of the game. And i no longer felt stressed when i finished playing it. So, is it true that Puzzle Game could relieve stress? Does stressed state help us think clearer? |
