I have a lot of bookmarks in my FF but lately I cannot add new ones. Is that mean I reached max amount of bookmarks or the problem is somewhere else? I also cannot delete bookmarks anymore.. |

You should always be able to delete them. I've wanted to move out some of my old bookmarks because it might make the browser open slower. |

Probably there IS a limit to bookmarks after reading this. You should delete some as MRE said. |

Well, it makes sense. Too many bookmarks would use up too much RAM. If they use a simple array to store the bookmarks, there is a physical limit. If they used a linked list, which is less memory efficient, it would use up a lot of memory. If you can't delete them there, you may have to delete all of them at the source, meaning the directory of the source. Or, if you can search for text in HTML, you can delete a few of them. |
