If a player has used action replay, they cannot enter in other words. Sharing friend codes and becoming battle mates would be quite troublesome though, but it would definitely work out. Pretty good thought there. :P

NOT noise kaisou, I mean, making myself Libra Noise etc. Nothing like playing as Rogue but still having brothers or anything, just standard noise change codes? If it's not allowed, fair enough, but I honestly don't see why not.

How many people would like to join AND will not leave along the way? Please reply if you do. After all, we can't do a tournament if it's just a few people. Also, I've noticed that TUS tournaments usually fail due to people just ditching between rounds.
