So, I have to say Google Chrome balances itself out in issues and advantages. I like it a lot, its WAAAAY faster than IE or Firefox, but the whole no-toolbar thing is really getting on my nerves.
I want to download the TREZ toolbar, but I can't. *sigh* :depressed:
Anyway, what does everybody else use, and what do you think about Chrome?

You never needed that toolbar to begin with. Chrome can stay a very light browser.

Thats actually very funny! Firefox does that to me!
But yeah... I guess GC can stay a light browser, and I had the toolbar on IE (before my computer crashed an I had to use an old restor point :tounge2: )
It's to bad Chromium doesn't have toolbar support, even being open source.

I use Google Chrome at school and Firefox at home and anywhere else.
Google Chrome is the only browser that can bypass some websites of the school's internet filters.
Firefox won't work at all at school like what Volt Man.EXE said.

I use Firefox though at home and anywhere else because it just so rocks, the only problem is with its bug with chatango.
I use IE7 only when I need to test something.

Overall, Google Chrome is not a very bad browser. Its okay and yes its faster than IE but im not sure about its speed compared to Firefox.

I like it a lot, it's really fast!
The reason I use Firefox is because of all the useful add-ons.

Yeah, chrome is pretty fast. (faster than any other browser I've seen anyway ::) )
but my firefox never loads up. It opens, gives me some kinda "Unusable chrome library" (or something) error message and closes. Chrome is the best, and some people are working to add plugins to it.
(there's even one that gets rid of ads!!!)

Well I love Firefox. Even if Chrome did start working for me, I doubt I'd use it incredibly much. I have many useful addons for Firefox, and I don't think I will give them up quite so easily ^-^

Hmm i may need to start using Chrome at home too, but i fear it will sabotage my file associations with Firefox and IE7.

What do you mean by that? If you're worried about file associations you can just go to the file's properties and choose the default program to run it. (I'm pretty sure it will also do the same automatically for the same type of file)

I know but its annoying needing to redo all the customizations i have done with my system. Now im thinking of how to prevent microsoft from detecting my computer and resetting my customizations. ==
