Title says all. I was looking at Noise Cards, and saw Harp Noise is Normal GA+. What exactly does this do? |

The Harp Noise Gear I believe just increase a GA's attack when you use it. |

Normal GA+ Is a Noise Kaizou/Modification Gear that raises the power of NonElem GA's to the max (For instance Destory Missle GA goes from 55 to 70) |
