There is an action replay code that allows you to get rouge noise. I haven't used it but I'll post it if it's allowed and anyone wants it.

I have 1 and 2 now, but the Alohaha one gives Mal Wizard 3, not Noise Wizard 3. I know the silver ones are in Noise Wave 3 and 6, but I have yet to get Noise Wizard 3 anyway.

Yeah yeah its an old post but I cant help but mention: 1. I have ony gotten a noise from my game TWICE out of the FIVE TIMES ive gotten another noise. 2. Ive once played for three and a half hours straight and never seen an omega boss. 3.I've been a: Tarus, Wolf, Gemini, Ophicous (know its a wrong spelling),Rouge (not counting) Crown. I have RJ. if this rolls on a 5, everything has a 5% chance of normalizing itself. You rolled a: 4!

You spend the Mr.hertzes in front oif the Natnl WAZA HQ. The wave road to the northwest leads you to a antenna the you wave into and talk to the huge Mr. hertz.
