I personally prefer Windows Vista, it has good graphic and able to control the battery usage. Gamers would choose High Performance but the Battery run out fast. I has downside, which is uses too much Physical Memory. XP is balance in every expect and requirre low Physical Memory too. But its graphic isn't that good. |

Window Vista is pretty but it slow...To sum up,this version of windows is failed. Window Xp is useful but it have to much bug.Cause Microsoft CO didn't disclose window XP source codes=>The Hacker can't hack it properly. That's what I think.1 vote for XP |

Vista itself is not slow, it just has higher hardware requirements. I used to run Vista on an old compie and I eventually switched back to XP. On my new compie, Vista runs perfectly, so I have no gripes. All in all, however, I prefer Windows 7. I'd be running the RC right now if my dad let me. |

From what I heard, Win 7 is great but it's lack for drivers for not uber common devices. The best of course is Win 98 SE, then XP. |

Windows XP ftw!!! You can do anything with it, its fast and lightweight and easy to use. Windows Vista sucks dude, i just can't stand what they have turned windows to. those stupid restrictions to get pass such as UAC, Override control, parental control, settings, blah. I hate them! Although the Vista graphic is much better, but Vista still sucks!! I hate vista and i will never like it. EVER!! Yandols. |

^Best post ever^ I like both XP and Vista, never tried 7 though, but I voted for Vista since I'm using one right now. Though I hate that you have to confirm everything you do twice on Vista, ugh. @All those who complain about XP graphics: I thought you could change themes or whatever they're called, my former classmate has an XP "disguised" as a Vista. I personally liked Windows XP because Windows Vista has this problem in which I need to have a installation CD to use a USB Keyboard, and there is no CD to it. So I have no access to anything USB while using Vista. There were other reasons I can't remember for rejecting Vista so fast but they were pretty darn good reasons. That's why the laptop I have got downgraded to Windows XP. I'm not stating that Vista sucks... I just don't like it because I am too used to XP already. |
