Oh yeah, forgot to state that hope Megaman will get like a more appropriate Teenager or Manly voice. Hope it doesn't turn out to be like a kid's voice like in cartoon translated games. |

See, I'm not an avid preacher of ENGRISH but the voices in the dub honestly do suck, do not have any consistency(Hyaah sounds HORRIBLE, then we get LOLMONOTONEWEAK attack names, not to mention HYAAH in places where it should be DBZ styled HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA). Also, Subaru's a goddamned 5th grader or something. Almost none of the EXE and SSR characters ever hit puberty before their respective series ended. Hell, the only teens and young adults in Rockman in general were X and onwards. However, we get 18-20 surfers for EVERYONE including kids who are what, 14 or 15? Also, I am not pleased that they carried the "Let's reduce names for space" thing into the actual dubs. See, what matters most is emotion and appropriate voices for the character(note, Phoenix Wright's catchphrases). Capcom of America...almost never does it for Rockman. Which is a pity. As for gameplay, SSR3 breaks the standard tradition of "Speed-based, high-combo form outdoes Power-based form" for some reason. BA<RJ in most scenarios. Oh, and nobody playing this should have any funny thoughts about beating the more skilled players on TUS. Some of the guys there are just nuts(RFF level nuts) when it comes to customization and combat prowess. Edited by kahu, Jun 20 2009, 07:25 AM.

Well, from the sounds of it, it sounds better than ZXA. Of course, I dont' think theres diologues in it. I really hated the noise that the guy from ZX(1) made. HE sounded like a girl. |

HE wasn't mature, nor was his body fully aged at that point. Note that he doesn't seem to have fully undergone puberty at that stage. Vent's age at that time is around 14 or 15 from what I recall. You'd THINK he'd have a REALLY manly voice by then, and then you realize the kid's practically just graduated from elementary school. Take in the more formally polite, higher pitch voices that many Japanese males have, along with the anime dubbing tendencies of relatively high, clear voices, and it's really not a surprise that his voice isn't GODMANLY. He sounds more like John Connor from Terminator 2. All in all...I prefer kids to sound maybe 2-3 years younger than what we often think they sound like instead of 10+ years older and sounding like adults, personally. loooooooool. I will tell you the truth guys. I don't really care about voices but they suck as hell xD Hmm... Maybe some "guys who don't have any hobbies" (freaks xD) want to re-do it and put it into the game/patch it for everyone. Traditionally I will hack US voices to Jap ones...I don't want to know what dubbing it will have...I want stay with what I know...no "Geo" things duh
