Posts: 40 Group: Newb Member #4,182 Joined: July 2, 2009	Sheesh... Haven't been on here for a little while. ANYWAY! On the topic of the Starforce Anime. If you compare it to the game, very different of course but they fill in some hole the game made then added a bunch of stuff. Not to mention all the baddies survived after the first encounter with Geo and Mega. @Midnite: It's not the timidness really, its the acting in general. There are parts when the character is screaming for his/her life but the VO does a lackluster job and will sound just like s/he was reading from a script. The player for Zack, Yuri Lowenthal is a PERFECT example of this. It shocks me he did so bad when he's actually a pretty good VO. The VO for Bud, Michael P. Greco is kind of bad too. Luna's VO, Melissa Fahn, is great. For those who do not know her, she played Gaz on Invader Zim and Ed from Cowboy Bebop. Kyle Hebert really captured Omega-Xis as the "Buck Wild" alien we all know and love. He has a gritty voice that makes Mega sound tough but not overdone.

You see, at the end of the first season of the anime (Doesn't need spoiler tags, amirite?) Pegasus, Leo, and Dragon kill Andromeda but die in the process. And you know the foolish US dubbers won't have any of that in a kid's show. That's one thing I hate about here... They've been trying to dull everything down, from cartoons to nursery rhymes... >_> Yeah... As for the anime itself, it was pretty darn good while it lasted... They just didn't go on with it. Not good enough ratings, iirc. Oh, and I can make a voice just like Mega's English VA... Perfect match.
