Lan Goes through Cars

How do you do it? To activate this glitch you need to go to ACDC town and go to the last street, on the line in the middle and run! The car glitch should activate now!

Ow! Stop Hitting Me! (Many reports of this glitch...)

"What I could infer was that aznxknight used a SkullMn3 attack just before starting the movie, and the SkullMan head attack power somehow got frozen past the end of the animation and affected the same square in real time for the rest of the battle. Furthermore, when I used aznxknight's other SkullMn3 chips in the same battle, whatever square they hit was also turned into a 210-attack trap like the first one as long as it was on ProtoMan's side. But when I finished the battle and started another one, this no longer happened. So without knowing how the battle started, I'm at a loss as to how to reproduce the glitch." -Bag of Magic Food

The Prism Glitch (EXE 2)

What happened? Treebomb just stayed in the Prism, It does normal damage but since it doesn't disappear, a rapid splash damage occurs.
How is it done? Place a Prism and then throw a Treebomb(any) to it. International versions of the game will just do a single hit and no more.

11th Chip Glitch

The Landing on Object Glitch (EXE 4)

What happened? Use Pop-Up and during the animation... When you land on an enemy, you die. If an object, you take damage equal to object's HP.
How is it done? Use Pop-Up when you're using Pop-Up, the glitch takes place during the animation.

Who cares Where Blues goes?

What happened? DS Mega's location confused the game of where Proto' original spot was. Proto couldn't move.
How is it done? When Proto is on your side of the field, use a chip that cracks panels in my situation I used ChaosLord.

Skully's on My Side... Or is he?

What happened? The Skully acted as it did not exist (buster), and can move.
How is it done? One theory is that I used AreaGrab as the Skully reconstructs.

The Out of Play Blues Glitch

What happened? My guess is that the HP loss from the Poison panel, buster, and the Poison Pharaoh was too much for the programming. So instead of progressing the data into the normal Blues, Blues' data got stuck in the 'out of play' mode.
How is it done?
1. Set up Poison Seed and Poison Pharaoh.
2. Lower Blues' HP until he uses his desperate attack.
3. Shoot your buster at him during his desperate attack.
Can be fixed by changing field to something other than Normal, Crack, or Poison?

Last Scenario Game Reset Glitch

How do you do it? During last chapter go to Central Area 3.- Huge thanks for yandols for risking his save for this glitch.

"Hey, I think I found another glitch in MMBN 1. When you get to the end of the first branch of the waterworks network, stop just before you reach the spot that triggers the ice bear battle. What you need to do is press Start just as MegaMan's about to step on that trigger line, so save just before that in case you step over it by mistake on your first few tries. Once you open the menu at the very last moment that you had control of MegaMan, press A to go into any submenu--Folder, E-mail, Save, whatever--press B to back out of it, then go into any submenu again, then back out of it again.

If you did it right, you should now see a black screen, but you're still on the main menu, only "in the dark". If you close the menu now, then instead of going into battle with the cold bears, you'll skip to the next scene, where MegaMan thinks he's already beaten those bears and melts the ice on the machine. When the game switches back to Lan, his control will be locked up for some reason. To regain control, either press R to jack in and out, or save your game on the menu, reset the system, and reload your file. Now you should have successfully skipped a whole boss! You miss out on the monetary reward, though..." -Bag of Magic Food.
