Official Hacked Battle Contest 4 It's time for the next hacked battle contest. This time, things are a little more different from before. As the name of the contest suggests, this will only involve Grega version Navis. You are required to create a new moveset for any of the 5 Grega version Navis.  There are some restrictions on moves though. I don't want to see any full-field explosions this time. No Z Saver either. Try to come up with really original, fitting moves this time.Also, I want to make sure all the Navis get a chance. To guarantee this, I'm making a, sort of bracket system. Basically, there must be 1 person per Navi. If they're all full, try to get them to 2 per Navi. But there can't be any empty spots.
Fill them up properly! Round 1 will end on March 15. Just like last time, submit your .dmp files to the site. Also! Dump them properly. Some of the ones I saw from last time were really difficult to use. If you'll be using Bass's AI, which is at 08101964, make sure you dump from there or at least leave a note in the filename..To completely avoid the dot problem, just fight the Navi as you normally would and use the AI cheat to get Bass. When Round 1 is over, voting will begin. The best of a Navi will go on to the next round. So if there are 3 per Navi, 1 of each will go on. Round 2 voting will knock down 2 Navis. The remaining 3 will go on to the next round. Round 3 will determine the final winner. 1 of the 3 contestants will be the grand prize winner. Just like last time, the 1st place winner gets their Navi featured in Episode 9 of my series. Plus extra privileges an even special access to a section in the site! Runner-ups still get their Navi featured, only not on as big as a role as the 1st place winner. Here are some important dates: *March 1: Contest begins *March 22: Round 1 ends;voting begins *March 27: Round 2 ends;voting begins *April Fools' Day: Round 3 ends;winner declared *~April~ : Episode 9 creation begins (estimate) Submissions can be submitted here. If there are any questions regarding the contest, ask before competing. Remember, submissions can be sent anytime and the video must not be revealed until the end date. No, you're supposed to create a new moveset to any of the 5 Gregar/Greiga navis. Well, you must. To atleast one navi. |
