But those members with 0 posts were mostly trash dust that accumulates over time. We might get a whole now batch of honest members that intend to post a lot :)

I think it's better to have 500 honest members than 2000 bots. It seemed like a good idea to get rid of the excess accounts.

There is a pretty good chance that the guides have been copied and put onto different forums that we dont know of.

If we dont know about them then they are not really a problem.

Well, only members with post count equal 0 were eradicated (almost... ;)). Still we have many Newb members, who don't post but they have one or more posts. According to data before deleting, something like 300 members. Also, members who don't post aren't a spammers.

I had forum and I made deleting 0-post-leechers too... of course it can't be equal with TREZ... my forum was just small forum... TREZ is so big and popular :D
Nemomon is right too :)
I'm happy that I wasn't deleted :D :p

If You wish, Your post count may be changed to zero. Then, You may be happy :Tounge2:

Damn … that's a lot of people.

3/4's of the members just go blown up. But that's the 0 posts alone.

There are good sides and bad sides to this. The bad side is that you've lost 3/4 of the community (well … they were mostly bots). The good side is that you don't have any 0 post members/bots … for now.

I think it looks good 500+ members with 50,000+ posts makes the forum look super active to newbs encouraging them to join.
