Name: Elisa “Gremlin” Anders Age/Date of Birth: 29 & October 31, 2187 Nationality/Birthplace: AEU & Baldonnel, Ireland Allegiance: AEU Desired Rank: Major Stationed: North Africa Appearance: Elisa is 1.72 meters tall and weighs just under 55 kilos. She normally has her brown hair pulled back. The major normally seen in flight gear sense she is always taking more missions. When not preparing for a mission she wears her AEU Air Force uniform. In the rare occasion she does not wear her military uniform, she normally wears white Capris and blue top. She tends to be very sarcastic and really enjoys off color humor. When in combat however Elisa becomes all business and is cool under the worst conditions. She also has the bad habit of chewing on her pens, and on more than one occasion got ink in her mouth. She also has a strange like of old movies and drinks Irish Scotch on the rocks. History: Elisa was born in Ireland as the energy crisis reached its peak. Her mother and father ran a pub in their small town which she grew up in. Her little town was fairly peaceful, but the sound of fighter jets was a constant. Located just a few miles down the road was an Ireland Air Force base which had made the entire airspace above her village a training area. Elisa was fascinated with them and constantly had her head turned skyward in hopes of spotting a fighter. As she grew older she started to work her parent’s pub after school, serving the pilots that came in. She talked with them and got to know what it took to be a fighter pilot. She made a vow she would join the military and become a combat pilot when she graduated high school. Her parents were glad that Elisa had found a path early on, although in secret they wished it was a safer one. Elisa graduated with high honors from high school and her placement test was through the roof. After easily passing a physical, Elisa was accepted into the Air Force and began training. During her training the talk of war with the Human Resources League was being whispered around the base. Elisa brushed these off as ideal gossip and continued her training. During her training she was sighted on several occasions for being able to out fly her instructors and it was noted in her file that her stamina was almost unheard of. Once she completed training, Lieutenant Anders exceptional file had her placed on the AEU carrier John Paul Jones stationed in the Mediterranean Sea. This was the hot assignment and every AEU fighter pilot’s wet dream. Elisa spent the next few years doing training mission and peace keeping mission in AEU territories in Africa. She quickly racked up the most flight hours of any pilot in the AEU and her combat record was extremely good. By the time that war with the HRL did break out, Elisa was already a legend of the AEU aviation. With such an impressive record before the war started out, most expected Captain Anders to be promoted out of flying. Elisa would not have any of this however, fighting to stay in the cockpit. Little did anyone know that Elisa would become the symbol of the AEU Air Force. During the opening stages of the war, Elisa flew many combat missions, but the AEU was getting its butt kicked by the Mobile Suits of the HLR. Elisa flew many Mobile Suit busting mission, destroying an unheard of 35 Zuka II in the first three weeks of the war. However her valiant efforts were not enough to turn the tide of HLR and the AEU started to fall back. Elisa continued to fly combat mission after combat mission, getting shot down on three separate occasions. Each time she was shot down, she would fight her way across the battle field back to AEU forces, get another plane and head back out. Elisa flew off the John Paul Jones until it had to pull out of the Mediterranean Sea. When she chose to stay in North Africa because it was the heart of the AEU war effort, she was promoted to the rank of Major. Once the AEU got mobile suits, many suspected that Elisa would be one of the first pilots to transfer, having a file thicker than most novels, but she turned them down saying that she was a fighter pilot and that would not change. Skills: A natural pilot, constantly on the edge of out of control. Because of this Elisa can make her F-7C do things that require pause by those that see it. She has survival training and some basic fighter maintenance skills that goes along with being a fighter pilot. Not in the cockpit Elisa is a pool shark, a pretty good bartender and a decent cook. Equipment: Elisa carriers a standard issue sidearm, survival gear, combat knife, a chewed pin, a pocket notebook, a sliver flask with a dent in one side which she keeps full of Irish scotch and she considers it her good luck charm. Unit: F-7C Arrowhead (One Seat F-7D Spearhead) Elisa flies an F-7C Arrowhead which is the one seat variant of the F-7. It is slight smaller and has a slightly better weight to thrust ratio the F-7D because the lack of a REO. The entire aircraft is painted black and the canopy is tinted making it perfect for night missions. On the on both sides of the tail is Elisa's Gremlin Emblem. Elisa's Gremlin Emblem:
