Name: Oren Aslan-kalp Ibrahim Age/B-date: 22, 2/20/2195 Nationality/Birthplace: Turkey/Turkish Allegiance: Union Desired Rank: 2nd Lieutenant/ Mobile Suit Pilot Stationed: Recently transferred to Northern Africa Appearance: Oren is about 6’1”, he weights around 180lbs and is fairly slim though muscular. He has dark black hair that he keeps messy it’s just short of his shoulders, his eyes is dark red. His skin is fairly tan and his Middle Eastern traits can easily be seen, due to his already tan skin he doesn’t tan at all. His clothes consist of a standard Union uniform which like most pilots consist of a blue jacket, blue and white undershirt, white pants and black gloves and boots. His normal suit is all blue and dark blue in the middle. His civilian clothes are black pants with a white shirt and blue jacket, he wears a red scarf around his neck he received from his mother. Uniform  Pilot suit  Personality: Oren is fairly quiet hardly ever speaking or showing emotion. Growing up in a war torn land he does at all, this however does not make him a mean person. He is by all means a nice person though rather blunt in the way he speaks he does it in a very respectful way. Though he does not show it he cares for his teammates and would not want to see them hurt in battle, he is also very devoted to his machine. Due to his PTSD Oren is something of an atheist. History: Born to a very poor family in Turkey Oren always learned to do without things that most people would take for granted. When he was young around the age of four he defended his sister in a fight against a bully 5 years older than him, though he was beaten up his mother and father saw great potential in their son, and gave him the middle name Aslan-kalp which means Lion Heart to show his courage. Oren never had much of an education nor did he understand much about the outside world, especially what it meant that his country and several surrounding countries were sitting on large deposits of fossil fuels. This confused him as to why so many countries were waging war across what his people knew as the “Holy Land”. He was born during the Fuels War thus never really knew why it happened. Though the Fuel Wars ended in the year 2197 war still went on in his homeland. The countries that fought ruined his country and left it a wasteland filled with despair and fear. It was during this time when he was around 12 that people started to speak about one of the neighboring states invading their village. The reason being is that their country sided with the Russians during the Fuel Wars and the other country with the Brits. The people began calling one another heretics and betrayers to God. Oren was steadily confused by this but had no time to figure out what was happening. War soon erupted in his home town as the outsiders attacked to prove their worth to God. Oren was forced by his father to fight in the name of their God to protect their land. During the course of a 6 year battle Oren witnessed many of his friends killed and his sister killed in front of him as she and their mother sat in the house. After the fighting finished and their town was thoroughly crushed Oren like so many others had to watch their fathers get beheaded by their conquers, he would have suffered the same fate if it hadn’t been for a Union intervention as they passed through the area, Oren left with the Union soldiers as there was nothing left for him there. Now 18 with no home and stuck in Japan Oren decided to Enlist in the military, as the war had given him a deep seeded hatred for the HRL who he felt abandoned his people. He became a fighter pilot and trained for 2 years before actually going into his first battle. During the battle he shot 5 enemy fighters, this feat earned him recommendation for the mobile suit program and he became a Gundam Pilot. He has recently been transferred to the North Africa to test out a new high speed Gundam. Skills: Oren has been trained from an early age to use most fire arms, though he prefers pistols. He is a somewhat skilled mechanic able to fix small things wrong with his unit. He is a descent mobile suit pilot, not the best but he can get the job done. Equipment: Oren keeps his side arm a P229 on him at all times and a M85 assault rifle in the cockpit of his unit. He has a canteen of water and some provisions and rations to hold him over within the storage compartment of his unit as well. Unit: Oren pilots a Union standard RX-79 [G] Gundam it is slightly modified with his favorite colors (blue and black) and some of its armor has been stripped for mobility as well as having 2 extra combat knives added to it for better close quarters combat. Recently the Gundam received a prototype heavy sword from the Union factories.  G04 equiped with the Proto-sword
