Elifain dropped out of the stealthship with his 3 squadmaits. he was leading this mission with his cgue while his comrads went in with three of the newest ginn units. The techs had just outfitted the squad with a temperary coating of the phanom paint from the strike dagger elifain had comandeered in his last mission. this time his target was a millitary base on the L3 colony district. stealth getting in was the hardest part. afterwards it was open war... The 4 men went on low thrusters, the ginns wielding thier swords and rifles while elifain brought along his new sniper and duel edge, along with a standard issue rifle. One of the ginns had a bomb that could level half the colony and that was the most important piece of the mission. Michel had to be protected. "cutting radio chatter in t minus 10 seconds. prepair to head in. when in we will go open com and fire at will. ill find a good vantage point and take out gaurd towers and heavy ms. the rest deal as much dammage and cover michel and his package." elifain ordered."for cas." He was answered by three simultanious"CAS" and then the radio went dead. |

The squads ms took the silent aproach of having thier momentum bring them to the southern loading dock. they came in without a sound, and without a second thought.... As soon as they hit the opened doors, the opened fire at all control centers. four rapid fire blasts went through all the dock and killed all the booth managers and crews. the ginns and cgue reloaded and blasted off, full flight. Auto defences flew up everywhere. surface to air missles, aa guns, and some ms of the earth forces own, all equiped with shields and energy blasters. all opened fire on the 4 black suits charging foreward, 2 in front 1 in middle and the last in back. Elifain flew up above his allies and drew his sniper, letting off 3 rounds, taking out 3 of the enemy ms, and warning the others.Some aimed their fire at him but the rest kept at the 3 ginns who with shields leading, rushed the lines. |

suddenly the airs seemed full of fire and missles and there was too much for a sniper attack so elifain pulled out his rifle and rushed the closest efa position,planning on taking it while the ginns took the other 2 the defending ms aimed their rifles at the aproaching cgue and opened fire, also sending the s-a missle launchers the location of their target. Before they could get a lock though, elifain hit them with automatic weapons fire and the s-a launchers went up in flames. the tanks in the area finally got their fire right and hit elifains gun arm, frying the circuits, and the ms took this as a good sign and attacked with renewed vigor. Elifain continued his shield rush, and when close enough pulled his new duel edge and slashed one ms up before he could get his shield into place. his buddies pull thier blades and charge shields leading. Elifain sees this and has his suit jump into the air and runs a diagnostic durring the seconds break, finds the damage and reroutes arm power. it was a temporary fix, but one well needed. he opens fire with his assult rifle on his way down and lands in a running dash to the closest ms, taking out the tanks on his way. over the radio he hears domineque yell,"michel find some place safe. we will clear the scum." Elifain hits the enemy ms with a flying kick to get rid of the shield and lands on his feet. he slashes at the arm joint and takes the shield arm right out while his second blade hits the msat an angle, cutting right through the cockpit. |

he finishes off the last of the ms with rapid fire to an exposed leg and throwing his sword right through the suit, runs up grabs his sword and runs back towards his ginns. there is a loud explosion, and a ball of flames over a hill. and suddenly domineque yells"MICHEL!!!" RESPOND..." but only static responds. "Dom report..."elifain yells. "Sir michel went over that hill. we just took out the last base and saw an aircraft fly over us. then that happened." "Ok bret, go over that hill and see if his radio is nowfunctioning if not search the area. we will go on mission." elifain said and was replied by a "YESSIR" and a gin broke rank and went towards the explosing."Dom follow me. we are goin in." |

"TIME TO MAKE THEM PAY "domineque yelled as she flew in behind elifain. "Rodger" elifain replied. and took off full speed towards the base. he gets in sight of the base, pulls his sniper, tells dom to hold up and takes aim, mainly for watch towers and ms. he unloaded 10 shots taking out the 3 towers and 6 of the enemy ms before running out of ammo. "Go dom ill be right behind you!" elifain yells on the com and he watches the ginn take off. he follows automatically, and suddenly the radio came on. "Sir michel is dead but i found the bomb. he threw it out before he blew up." bret yelled. "Retreave and come to us. we are heading to the base now."elifain said as he landed behind dom in the base and opened fire. First they aimed for fuel tanks and aircraft, making explosions go off all over the base. then they aimed for the resisting troops including the 5 remaining ms.they had made a line in front of a building and was fighting with abandon. One got a lucky shot and hit elifain on the leg, blowing it off and knocking him down. as he fell he saw a shot hit dom in the cockpit, and her ginn blew up. |

right then bret landed next to elifain and fired full auto. elifain took aim as he activated his thrusters and yelled"BRET ACTIVATE THAT BOMB NOW. WE GOTTA GET OUTA HERE" Bret quickly opened his cockpit and threw out the case bomb onto a nearby barracs and continued to open fire. 3 of the enemy ms blew up but 10 more came out from patrols and threw their fire into the fight. "RETREAT NOW. ILL BE GOING OUT AFTER YOU." elifain yelled to bret, who after a seconds pause took off as ordered, ocationally turning to offer fire. "Not good," elifain whispers and opens fire from behind his shield. suddenly his ms arm goes limp."WHAT THE...." then elifain remembers his ms arm had been hit. he activates thrusters at maximum burn and flies off in the direction that bret had been going. He almost got far enough to relax when his radar started going off and 20 signals appeared. 10 ms still survived the fight and had been joined by 10 aircraft. Elifain activated his teamcom, and said lightly."i dont think im getting out of here. you go and ill hold them back." that was where bret drew the line. he flew back to elifains ms, grabbed hold of it and fired backwards while flying out. |

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING SOLDIER. I TOLD YOU TO GET OUTA HERE".elifain yelled at bret."GET OUT OF HERE. ILL JUST SLOW YOU DOWN." Thier was a spark of the intercom and then it went dead again. "Fine ill make you go." elifain dropped his shield, and activated his sword. "you go now or i will force you to let go. i said ill stay here but i promise i will escape." no reply. Elifain activates vew screen and sees bret passed out, a whole in his cockpit, taking out his stomach. a precision snipe... "Dam" thats why we are going in a straight line..." elifain thought. he attaches a grapling hook to himself and opens his cockpit, and starts climing to his friends ms. He makes it up there slowly and opens the pit, climing in as a flood of blood comes out. he quickly slaps a heavy duty first aid on the wound and takes the controls of the ginn. He opens fire and hits a few of the shuttles go down. 200 feet to the exit and the bomb goes off. a bright light racing far faster than the ms came right at elifain, stopping a meer meter from the trailing cgues remaining leg. The trailing attackers were nowhere to be seen. |

elifain flies out of the port like a bat outa hell and punches in the retreaval code in over com channel. within seconds the stealth ship pulls up and wheels the ginn and cgue in. a specialized security code comes over view screen and elifain types in the code his team had been given and adding in a personal med bay message for a medic to hurry to the docking bay. By the time the ginn landed, bret had gone far past pale. By the time the medic arived, bret was dead, and elifain had stormed off towards the barracs. his last words were"THINK YOU COULD HAVE TOOK LONGER..." Another successful mission and another lost friend. efa would pay for this. Elifain swore it. |
