Destroyer of that which destroys Posts: 361 Group: Admin Member #2 Joined: March 9, 2007 Allegiance Union Rank 2nd Lt	UNION: The United Nations of Economic Stability or simply known as the Union. The Union is made up of the three North American Nations, the United States, Canada and Mexico along with all of the South American countries and islands and Japan. Though being in the HRL territory Japan chose to work with the United States as they held stronger ties. The first set of countries to have a working Orbital Elevator, the Union's capital is located in the U.S.A. Washington DC and the current president is Alexander Daniels. AEU: The Advanced European Union, this is the first nation to withdraw from the United Nations. The AEU is made up of Great Britain, Ireland, Parts of Northern Africa, Germany and other European nations. They are currently the only faction without a working orbitial elevator, they are closely allied with their American counterparts currently. They run on a parliment their prime minister is Mr. Ford. HRL: The Human Reform League made up of Russia which is the leader nation China and smaller Asian nations such as North Korea. This is the agressor for the most part in the war believing in gaining the elevators and distrubuting them equally as in communism. The first faction to complete mobile suits their Zaku has helped them take over most of Europe and they were the second Faction to complete their elevator. They are under the control of President Serigei Smirinoff

Info: President Alexander Daniels was born in the year 2172 in Wisconsin, he came from a very military conscience family as his father was a Colonel in the United States Marine corps. He graduated top of his class in high school and went to the Marines to help pay for college, he then went to Harvard for law school after which he was hired into a large firm. Though he was not old enough to participate in them his father held high war service records in the Fuel Wars. Daniels during the breakup of the UN he worked in helping build up the US defensives. In the year 2212 at the wake of the war he was elected president of the United States, feeling he did such a good job the public reelected him in the year 2216. Name: Michael Anderson Age: 54 Position: General of Armies Place of Operation: Washington DC (Sometimes the Battlefield) Info: Anderson entered the military at the age of 18 right out of high school, he served for many years in the army including the Fuel wars where he was a Colonel. After the wars and his commendations he was promoted to general. When Daniels was elected Anderson being a good friend of Daniel’s father was given the job of Generals of Armies. AEU Name: Andrew Ford Age: 65 Position: Prime Minister Place of Operation: London, England Info: Ford was born into a wealthy family and was able to use this wealth to influence his political career. His party won the election and he was picked as prime minister 11 years prior to the story, he has been leading the AEU ever since and have a semi good relationship with the Union President. Name: Jonathan Black Age: 50 Position: Admiral Place of Operation: London Info: Black is an experienced soldier who has fought in many battles. He is most famous for the Battle of the Gulf that took place during the Fuel wars in the Persian Gulf. He is a tactical genius and was an easy selection to be the Admiral of the AEU Navy, he is the top commanding officer and answers only to the Prime minister and Parliament, he also has a distain for those who uses tasteless tactics in battle. HRL Name: General Sergei Smirnov Age: 52 Position: President of the HRL/ General of Armies Place of Operation: Moscow Russia Info: Smirnov is a seasoned combat officer and the one that suggested to the former president that the AEU tower be seized by the HRL. After the Fuel Wars he’s had a long standing hatred towards Jonathan Black and thus was ever eager to start combat. Soon he rose to power n the HRL to become their president in the year 2214. Going to military school at a young age has given Smirnov more combat experience and expertise as almost anyone, this alone allows him to lead his soldiers into combat at the front without fear. Almost never defeated in combat Smirnov has also become quite the mobile suit pilot, though the duties of President keeps him off the front line he still runs the army from behind the scenes.
