It is the first colony in the six New Colonies. Though a colony it has been outfitted with many weapons so that it is now a base with power comparable to that of the EFA moon base. This is of course the base many ships return to to resupply and repaair. However once pass the base it is a normal colony like living space. It has many places to eat to live and to relax. This base is under the command of High Commander David Grievings.
