Many ships come here to resupply and refuel not to meantion get repairs done to their machines. The main docks is on the surface of the moon. From their an elevator leads down to the briefing rooms and bunks. This base also is where many of the nuclear arms the EFA had are disposed of. The base is under the command of General Red "lucky" Carmine.
