Made the 8 hr round trip to Houston this past Sat. to pick up my new Used hood. 41 years later and that hood still looks good. The owner had drilled holes for hood pins so now I have to decide if I'm going ot weld them up or retain the hood pin look.................Looking at this hood...........I'm a little hesitant to drill the holes that are needed to hold on the Shelby scoop....................................It took a year and 3 months to get a good used hood and now I find it hard to do it...............last no problem now..........I just dont know................Time for reconstructive surgery.................. :chemist:

Weld 'er up! It's your hood now, as long as you do quality work there's nothing to worry about.
