Back in the day everyone removed the "H" pipe on the exhaust system, we put a new one in on a 69 Mach 1 "427 Side oilier" LOL and what a difference in TQ and HP. now we all have them. I guess they were right after all. |

One of my favorite things to improve on is the gas peddle. I use the 69-70 gas pedal and cable in everything I restore. it dose away with the mechanical linkage. It is very easy to do and gives you in most cases more throttle. also you can put the pedal where ever it is comfortable to you. a friend of mine has BIG feet and he was always hitting the gas when he hit the break I moved the peddle and no more problem. |
