I've had enough of you people coming to me individually with your ideas, then trying to make me feel bad when I say no. Time for a proper democratic system that we can agree on. The foundation of TWiD politics. The Basic Lowdown is this: Step 1: Members vote on a Spokesman who liases with the admins. He must be active, trustworthy and unbaised. Admins do not vote in this matter. Members only. Step 2: Members decide together what they want. You argue it out yourselves, your own decision is not my problem. Members tell the spokesman what they want. Step 3: Spokesman presents the idea to the Admin team. Admin team makes a decision whether or not to trail the idea. Each admin is allowed 2 "Vetos" each year, as in, they can outright refuse an idea if they truly hate it, regardless of majority vote. This should be done for the good of TWiD, not out of spite. Step 4: Change is trailed, if the Admin Team agree it is good, it is kept, if not, it is dropped. This can only be influenced by a proper vote, not individual "Aww why you bein deep man..." type complaints. This way, everything is fairly voted in two stages. |

This is just what we need I would suggest (though I have no say in the matter) that ace should be the spokesperson. |

Why do you feel the need to make a superfluous reply to every single post on this forum? |
