Celtic midfielder Joe Ledley will miss the visit of Ross County because of a groin injury.

Forwards Kris Commons and Anthony Stokes remain out, but winger James Forrest may be available following a hamstring problem.

Celtic squad: Forster, Matthews, Lustig, Izaguirre, Rogne, Wilson, Ambrose, Wanyama, Brown, Mulgrew, McGeouch, McCourt, Lassad, Miku, Kayal, Samaras, Hooper, Watt, Chalmers, Forrest, Zaluska.

We were pretty hit and miss in the first half. Second half allot better and goal happy, Another 3 points on the board....... :ynwa:

Played really well for the entire game I thought. The energy of the first half clearly had its effect in the 2nd and you could see the Ross County players fading away rapidly by the end. The team is playing with confidence again and it is showing. Looking over the game as a whole it was a performance of champions with plenty of strength in depth on the bench, and that too with Ledley, Commons, Matthews and Lustig (potential starters all) missing. :thumb up:

I am concerned about Izaguirre though, the team still suffers defensively when he is playing as he doesn't seem to have much of a clue when to go or when to stay back. If his end product was better then things would be OK, but he is still nowhere near the player he was prior to the injury. What I like about Lennon is his ability to bring back players who aren't at the top of their game. Kayal is a good example, he has taken a few games to come back to a good level (and still has a wee bit to go). The competition for places is what it is all about and Lennon is turning out to be not only an excellent judge of character but a really top class motivator as well.

Shame about the attendance though, perhaps it is living far away but I would have thought this was an excellent time to watch Celtic, young team, getting better etc.
