Thankfully we go into this fixture well ahead. The only thing that can beat us in this league is ourselves. I will be fecking raging if we blow a seven point lead and expect the three points to come back west. Boruc Hinkel Mick Caldwell Wilson ( why was he dropped?) Naka Brown Hartley Robson Sheridan McDonald Subs Sammi, M Brown, McGeadie, Loovens, Caddis I`d start with Sheridan, and allow big Sammi to come on after an hour to finish then off. How far is the big man from fitness(Jan)? 2-0 Celtic Brown and Sammi |

I`m not biased. I don`t care who beats Rangers It is up to us, to everyone at Celtic Park, to build up our own legends. We don’t want to live with history, to be compared with legends from the past. We must make new legends." Jock Stein | |

We will need to up our game, It's allright grinding out 3 points against Hamilton and ICT, But if we play slow dire football in our next 4 fixtures, It could be costly before xmas.. , But like all the rest 3points thats the main thing. We have a good 7 point gap, I would hate to see us Feck it up. Right then .... this a fixture we cant afford to start playing halfway through the 2nd half If gorgeous George starts to return to his earlier form then ... same goes for wee Eddie Munster .... Broonaldo & Robson have got to boss the middle ( hearing scare stories about Robsons fitness ) Hinkel hopefully will carry on looking like a German internationalist .... if Wilson isnt fit ( should be if he travels ) then I,d rather have Hinkel on the left & Caddis on the right & Naylor in the stand I think Calderesi will lap up the abuse as he did last time :celtic: ..... hopefully no from Artur A narrow win ..... with the obligotory cheek clenching last 10 minutes :cover.eyes: |

Sammi on the bench ? .... ok .. a will expect Skippy & Cillian to give their back 4 a hard time so they cant build from the back with time on the ball The line-up looks like a hard working outfit which is fair enough as pretty footballing teams have to win the battle before it wins the war ... the best teams can kick ye off the park then play ye off it Naka , Sammi & Aiden to come on if necessary is not bad if we need the cavalry to come to the rescue Loovens for the 1st goal from a Hartley dead ball :thumbs.up: |

Pretty much as expected when you have Caldwell and Hartley as a partnership in the centre of the park. It is relatively simple to defend your wings, but it is the extra man through the middle that causes sides problems and both Caldwell and Hartley play just off the centre halves. Consequently, there is a need for the strikers to play deeper and we all know the rest. I understand WGS wants to get into half time still in the game, but I would love to see us return to some of the form we were showing earlier in the season when we played away from home. Then again, perhaps that is something this mini injury crisis necessitates. For me, bring on Naka, push Brown into the middle and we will win this comfortably IMO. Turgid stuff, but then in a way I don't blame the players too much for this one, the tactics are what is causing all of this. Watch Hibs blink first and open this game up for counterattacking. |
