I think the point is, why does Crosas, JVoH and Sammy have to be injured rather than Naylor. All our shite players seem to be bulletproof and our good ones made of glass.

Yeah, that was my point. :)

Well, I wouldn't be too upset if he picked up a nice clean break that kept him out of the team for several months though.

Could have saved all the hassel and sold him in the last window. Now as predictable as it is, he is going to be the object for hatred and frustration from the fans, for the simple reason that Strachan will always pick him.
Heard Wilson doesn`t fancy left-back, well I`m sorry, but I and others would play anywhere for Celtic. Get the sleeve rolled up Mark.

Another thing. O`Dea must be absolutely cat-shit now if he can`t deputise for Naylor at left-back.

The problem we face now is that opposition team talks are starting off with "Get the ball onto their left-back, that`s our avenue for success!"
Now wether that is Man Utd or Brechin, they have a point ! :yikes:

I think the arse raping he (Wilson) endured during the last OF match may have put him off playing at left back to be honest.

Can't say I blame him. He ain't a left back and really shouldn't have to move from his normal position because the manager and the club have been negligent.

Can't believe I'm actually reading Celtic fans wishing an injury on one of our own!

As with all mediocre players, his excuse would be that the Manager sees him train every day and feels he is the best for that position.

It is the Manager not Naylor who needs shot for putting him and us through this every week!

Back to the game, Deek may well score, but his pals in defence have obviously been attending the Lee Naylor Soccer Schools Academy as they ship goals for fun. (Worse than us!)
We should still have enough for them without a strike force, although I am tempted to play Maloney (left) and McGeadie (right) up front together and try and inject pace into the team.

Glad to see Sheridan getting a run out. Thought he acquitted himself quite well at OT for the short time he was on.

With todays conditions anything could happen today.

Will go for a tentative 2-1 for the hoops. Brown and Sheridan for us and you know you for them.

Just realised that Naylor isn't playing. :) Hopefully McManus clubbed him one at training for making him do all his work as well as his own.

EDIT - No McGeady either. Going by the way Strachan's mind works, this will be down to the conditions no doubt.

And I'm assuming Robson is at left back?
