Dear unbalanced ones, When you logged in today you were probably just as surprised as we were when you saw the completely changed forums. Without us knowing anything about it the converted our forums from InvisionFree to Zeta boards. When we checked the admin history in the admin control panel we found that member #1 (Admin) requested to convert our boards, this happened on the same day when the graphics had been removed, October 22nd 2008. In the admin control panel we can see the IP addresses from the admins on the moment they change settings, codes etc. This is what it said on October 22, under the Admin account: Saved conversion choice --------------- Oct 22 2008, 06:03 AM --------------------- 67.225.79.98 We checked the IP and found out that the person on the Admin account was logged in from Canada, Saskatchewan. We have strong evidence that it was the previous owner of the Admin account who logged in and messed up our forums. Because we obviously cannot trust him we were forced to move our forums (again), we have copied the most important posts to this new forum and we are still working on some coding, soon it will look like our forums. The new URL is http://z13.invisionfree.com/Balance_clan/index.php?act=idx. Stop posting on these forums, tell everyone in your friendslist to read this topic. Please register on the new forums, after validating your registry we will edit your post count to Monday mornings number. We have copied the members list including the post count Monday morning, after you registered we will change your post count so it will be the same as Monday morning. |

Yes. He has always had total control of these forums. That was how he got on here and posted the Happy Birthday TB post. I explained that at the time on TS how the root admin will always have total control of the boards regardless of any password changes and even if you remove them from the admin group. It says that in their regulations. |

durn kids maybe we can get this person home ady and cut his b.lls off and shove it down his throat. ok im back sorry to rave.but must commend all the people in volved in fixing this problem,cuz im sure its a huge pain in the rear for you all.my hate goes off to you all doing a pain staking job.!!!!

Lou Lou and fellow TB Admin/Mod staff, I'm sorry you guys have to do all of this. Feels like the never-ending story!! Peeps should know better, btw, but that's an entirely different topic of discussion.
Are you suggesting everyone chage their pw as well? I'm not sure if it's necessary; however, thought it prudent to ask. |

Won't be necessary Mydys. Narns, that was a lesson we learned in 2006 (the first time we moved forums) but I never thought Admin would do something like this. I always try to see the best in people, some call me naive  (eek one of those blue smilies again). Until proven otherwise I will trust people

The bright side as i was so kindly reminded of is, at least we know this is definately the last time. Hopefully, we can get everyone over to the new boards and call it a day. |

I dont see the point of it either. Everything that can be read, has been read at this point. Seems like it would waste time to lock everything here. Especially, when he still has admin rights. We just need to get the word out to our own clannies to register on our *Real* boards. Leave what we must, and refine everything else to make it better. |
