I'm new to the forum and have a favor to ask It's been a while since I used my bike, between working and personal stuff poor matilda (I named my bike so what) has been locked up with nowhere to go. That is all about to change though, keeping in mind I am a little out of practice I'm looking for some gentle rides to get me back to a level of fitness that doesn't leave me out of breath after brushing my teeth. I'm no stranger to the South Downs but it has been a while, anyone willing to take pity on me and be a trail buddy/budddies I will reward with a beer at the end of it, or whatever is your preffered poison. The only thing that has put me off lately is that it can be boring riding solo after not doing it for a while. Sure summer is leaving us and the crappy weather is rolling in but some of the best rides have been in the mud. Be great to hear from you |

I think you may have slighlty misunderstood the use of the word "grinder" in the title of this section of the forum ![]() If you can let us know where you live, then one of our members, local to you, may offer their services. Welcome back. |
