Well, for those of you that don't already know, we went for the Ford SMAX in the end. We've had it for almost a fortnight now, and I'm currently like a dog with two tails. Impressions so far... Fantastic driving position Decent fuel economy Handles like a smaller car Controls & instruments well placed Seat configurations and load space are awesome Sandra is paranoid about parking, as it's bigger than our old car, but I'm settling into it quite nicely - as I replied, when ALAN asked if if it fits in the garage... Yes - it fits in the garage. No - I musn't eat any more cake. Just had the towbar fitted today, and will be transporting 3 bikes/bikers to Wray lane tomorrow, for the inaugural biking trip - (happy face) |
