While out on the Muddy@rse club ride in Friston Forest last Sunday, I mentioned the skills course I went on in the forest held by Jamie Lynch of Southeast Mountain Biking. This helped my singletrack skills no end and is thoroughly recommended. Several riders were interested and wanted to know more so here is the contact info.
