Alternatively I could lead us all on a tour of the muddiest hills in sussex........

or a sogg-fest around the new trails in Friston (including the crotch catching bombhole of doom.........curse that single speed with the non dropping seatpost!)

Found a new bit on sunday, ohh the trail pixies have been busy!

Ming - lol - both sound delightful :)

I'm hoping the Dec ride will be a local (S downs) sort of ride - let's get into December and firm up plans then..

I'd like to be there but you keep choosing dates that clash with cross-country races :(
This time its an even worse clash, as I'm celebrating my 57th with an off-road Duathlon at Ash Ranges on sat :o and I'm definitely going to be knnnnnnnacked after that.

Hey Phil,

Don't take it too personally - we don't actually pick which weekend the last Sunday of the month falls on, it just is when it is.
If you're available on other weekends, just put a post up asking who's up for a ride then wait to see who/what crawls out of the woodwork.

Good luck with the duathlon thing.

If this was a combat situation, we'd be dead by now.
So, there's been a bit of rain today. Not much will change on route but don't expect to come home clean.

Don't joke about the leaves Jim, I got lost twice last Sunday on Bluebelles

I hope to be out tomorrow for a spin

High winds over night, I recommend we pack sails...

So as we splice the yard arm and make for shallow waters we'll be fine. Avast!

That's me out of nautical terminology...

Hope you all had a good ride, I'm full of lung butter and cold so tried a short local ride and got caught on Longmans Revenge by a Hailstorm. Not impressed.

It was a good ride despite having 3 punctures. Got back and found that the boiler has packed up. Bollards

Cheers all, I had a great day surfing the gnar. Good form to everyone for sticking it out. I'll be more organised and bring cake next time. The Victoria sponge was awesome.
